Membership
The Boland Falconry Club reviewed many documents of various clubs regarding membership and decided due to the sensitive nature of falconry to have a different approach regarding membership.
In essence it was decided that there should be a set agreement between a member and the club. In the agreement everyone should be informed of his/her rights and at the same time the obligations linked to membership.
Due to the good standing of the club all processes linked to membership is transparent and fair. In the event of complaints or investigations the process developed ensures neutrality and objectivity giving both parties enough opportunity to present itself .
Our ultimate aim of the club is to develop falconers that are not only an asset an ambassador of the club but an asset to the total falconry community as well as to the conservation community regarding birds of prey. In essence we require passion, dedication and commitment.
