Every falconry club in the South Africa needs to be registered with the local provincial conservation body its resides under.
Besides the registration with the local conservation authority all falconry clubs in South Africa need to be a members of SAFA, the South African Falconry Association
As the Boland Falconry Club is based in the Western Cape we in terms of provincial legislation practice falconry under the auspices of Cape Nature.
